I think it's time to buy some new bras! And I prefer to buy at Victoria Secret! They have a bigger selection of wireless bras, because I am high-tech!

So...I am thinking, 2-3 new bras and panties!

I took an accidental nap today

Hi, my name is Annie and I'm a napaholic.

I fell asleep on my bed by ACCIDENT today. I do mean accident. I was feeling a tad woozy and laid down to recompose myself. Then bam. I was a victim of afternoon napping. Now my sleep patterns have been thrown off, and I am forced to internet-window-shop. So far no luck on finding the perfect little black dress. I did stumble upon this....

My boyfriend is the most romantic person on the planet. He bought me an office chair that rocks. What a wonderful gift!!!

Tired

I just did the dishes, cleaned my table, my room, the bathroom. I feel drained. One should not attempt to clean at such late hour.

Today was a failed attempt to buy a desk, as it was out of stock. Though we did acquire an office chair. Perhaps it will work out, and who knows if we really need a desk.

I feel frustrated, I am not sure if it's the fact I want to vacuum but can't, or the fact I want to organize my closet but it's too late, or I have much to do before tomorrow comes, or I can't seem to remember to pay bills on time. I should have everything on pre-authorized payment. I feel blah. Why can't I do things right?

Although it may not look comfortable, I assure you, the mesh is so thick and embracing every curve on your bumbum. Only downside is I wish it had a high back for neck support as well! We need to look for this chair in its high version!

I just went over to Save-on Foods this morning to buy some food. Croissants, instant noodles, and a magazine to help me past time!

Luckily, today there are a lot of interesting people online to keep me occupied! I am hoping the sun comes out soon! Although Hilton provides umbrella usage for its patrons.

I really look forward to next weekend, because I will be getting a new desk and new chair! Ain't that exciting? I am sooo spoiled! Hoping to wallpaper the room and paint it in April. It's been put off since... I don't even remember! Only if painting the room didn't require so much will power and time! Dum dum dum.

Time to dig into my magazine, and let something pretty catch my eye! Good day to all.

I've been meaning to get a new watch, or replace the battery on my old one. But who doesn't want a new watch? I know I sound like I'm spending my life away buying useless items, but trust me, a watch is a real investment! It tells me that I am not wasting my life!!!!

Time is ticking!

Sunspot

Recently I've been busy, and as with stress comes the customary bad skin. I've notice the bumpy texture of my usual smooth surfaces, and marks left by sun exposure and time. I realize...I am aging! Woman's decline from her prime is creeping in slowly, but surely. I am not getting any younger...A thought that is more haunting than scary.

My tummy is churning with hunger, and I don't feel 100% comfortable about leaving the hotel room. Though it has been a dead and quiet morning for Peony at the shoe show, perhaps it is a good exposure to be in the directory guide! Put our name out there, and let people familiarize with us! The company needs to undergo some changes in order to find the right market. Quiet lonely day. I am so hungry. I shall venture to crystal mall for a quick bite. Hope no customers come by and misses me!

What's great about working in a mall?

So I've been working in a mall! What's so great is that all the shops are within your reach and you constantly feel like you're shopping! Everyday is a happy retail therapy day. Also the fact I get to find an excuse to dress up! Because I like to wear nice things in the mall! It feels like I am shopping even when I am not! mwuahhaha. I must go get ready for work very soon. Up in the air

Finally saw the movie. It was okay. Nothing SUPER about it. I really need a full-time chiropractor to fix my neck, it is tense again. Starting this week I will exercise more often! Although this weekend I will be away at a shoe show doing business! Wish me luck :)

I finally bought some sensible soles today! OMG you have no idea what comfortable shoes are until you try them on. I am flabbergasted! I never thought shoes could do so much! I will continue to buy more shoes hahaahahaha. That goes without saying.

I know the coming weeks are going to be extremely busy....perhaps I might sneak in a mini getaway in May...? Oh please oh please

Awake in the A.M.

So, I am in the search for a pair of comfortable dressy shoes that can withstand a whole day of standing and walking around! Hopefully I'll get time to try some on this week, although I doubt I will have the time to do so.

Today I went on a shopping spree in Superstore. What a great place to be. So many choices! Drugstores and supermarkets are my worst enemy, because they have many many aisles of stocked goods, all perfectly lined waiting to be purchased! Can you imagine an OCD person's dream come true? A store where everything comes neatly stacked, and in such high volume of repetition!? WOW.

I am not sure why I haven't fallen asleep yet, perhaps it is because I took an 1.5 hour nap right after I woke. Now I am feeling extra energized! I had a feeling today that was quite unfamiliar with me. Actually, not a feeling, more like a realization. I feel really womanly. hahahaha. If that makes any sense at all. I am feeling quite feminine these days, and I enjoy so much being a woman!

The next couple of weeks are going to be extremely busy for annie chen, hopefully I will be dressed in style during those hectic moments!

To be Alice for a day

Some days, it feels like the world is folding in, and you're in the centre of it. Today the world has folded, and left with no place to run. How to deal with these occasional downs? Some turn to other things to fill the void. Some turn to Television to numb the senses, some turn to the internet in search of a spark of hope, and some, like Alice, turns to a rabbit hole. If I had a rabbit hole, I'd fall into it from time to time, just to get away from the reality that is impossible to handle. Maybe sometimes nonsense is better than any sense at all. After a gruesome attempt to relax in a 30min shower, I reluctantly got out, dried myself and painted my toes pink. Wishing that joyful colour could also bring me some joy. Perhaps colour therapy does work in magical ways, for I am feeling not as shitty. One certainly could infer that is the reason why Alice had so much fun in that wonderland. Colour me joy.

Spring is here!

The weather keeps getting better and better! So we shall began our spring cleaning/spring shopping! I will be needing a shopping partner very soon, as we approach this wonderful season of floral and happiness. Here's what's hot!
