How to ruin an appetite

When it's about time for dinner, you go to the supermarket, stare at aisles and aisles of overly sweetened snacks, deathly salted chips, and you decide to buy some chocolate to indulge a little before meal :)

Fruit and nut. succulent 220 calories. YES. I DO.

Here are the two kids I had to babysit for the past couple of weeks. They went back to Asia two weeks ago and I think I miss their noisy nonsensical conversations. Funny how people can come into your life for such a short period of time and make an impact.
